EdConnective and ESD 105 Support Teachers Together
EdConnective is proud to partner with ESD 105 in support of educators. Through non-evaluative, personalized instructional coaching in 1:1, small group, and large group formats, EdConnective helps teachers through virtual observation and practical feedback to help them maximize their own potential, and students in turn to maximize theirs. EdConnective services are available in partnership with ESD 105.

1:1 Intensive Coaching: One Coach, one Participant
Our most impactful option in terms of student outcomes, a teacher or instructional coach receives direct feedback from an EdConnective instructional coach matched specifically to that individual over the course of 12 sessions..
Enabled by Virtual observation and feedback via recorded video
High-repetition modeling and practice ensure skill-transfer from feedback to class instruction
Format: Intro meeting followed by 11 observations and feedback sessions, 1-2 feedback sessions per week.
Small Group Coaching: One Coach, 4 Participants
Excellent for multiple teachers of like responsibility (e.g. ELLs, Math, Literacy), or for like problems of practice (e.g. remote mindset, virtual relationship building, equity and anti-racism)
Format: Groups of 4 have 4 small group sessions and 4 1:1 observation sessions with a coach
A blend of small group and individual observation and feedback with an EdConnective expert enables group development toward a common goal, with additional benefit of 1:1 personal growth, meeting teachers where they are.
Group Training: Few Coaches, Many Participants
Interactive large group training features break-out time in small groups as well as large group interaction. Available in conjunction with 1:1 Intensive Coaching or Small Group Coaching.
1 hour or 3 hour formats

During this panel discussion, EdConnective coaches answer top questions from teachers as they've transitioned to distance learning and give practical advice on questions within a wide range of topics. Topics include:

Schools and districts everywhere have made accommodations for remote/virtual learning on a scale never seen due to COVID-19. In this workshop, Will Morris (M.Ed) and Lauren Vargas (M.EdL) share helpful tips and frameworks for administrators to use as they are challenged to support teachers virtually.
