Michelle Turnbull, M.Ed, Instructional Coach and Educational Consultant
Michelle Turnbull (M.Ed) has served in education for 20 years in roles including teacher, leader, counselor, dean, assistant principal, principal, and instructional coach. Her areas of specialization are literacy, intervention supports, special education, and academic and executive coaching. In addition to her work with EdConnective, she coaches new teachers through Teach for America. She holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Columbia University.
Dr. Courtney Lemon-Tate, Regional Partnership Director
Courtney Lemon-Tate (Ed.D) is a Philadelphia-based educational leader with a diverse background spanning public, charter, and private school sectors across the city. She has a track record of consistently achieving positive academic results throughout her tenure as a teacher, principal, and district leader. She has transformed math and ELA scores as principal at a K-8 school in Philadelphia, enhanced early literacy programs through her work at Springboard Collective, and mentored school leaders and teams across the country as an EdConnective Leadership Coach. She holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership from Temple University, where her research focused on organizational leadership within Philadelphia charter schools. Courtney is currently a Regional Partnership Director for EdConnective.
