The EdConnective Facilitator will ensure group focus and productivity, guide and shape development of team norms and action items, establish equity of voice and collaborative atmosphere, and support consistent growth and development.

  • Engage participants in reflection, data analysis, and collaborative problem-solving driven by artifacts that reflect teaching and learning in action. Artifacts are used to ground discussions in real practice, support data-informed reflection, and guide collaborative decision-making focused on improving student outcomes.
